Job Overview:

As a UI-UX Senior, you will design and enhance user experiences for EY’s digital products, turning raw data into visually compelling, insightful, and actionable graphics. You will also contribute to IT Risk Controls frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, internal audits, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage UX/UI design projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Develop visually appealing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with EY brand guidelines.
• Transform raw data and insights into clear and concise visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and effective communication.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization, UI/UX, and presentation design.
• Support IT Risk initiatives such as IT SOX framework design, testing of IT general controls, application controls, interface controls, and IPE-related controls.

Key Technical Skills:

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in creating compelling presentations, reports, and infographics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization and UI/UX capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience designing a wide range of materials: newsletters, emails, web designs, app mock-ups, branding campaigns, flyers, etc.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.
• Basic UI/UX skills for Power Platform Apps and Dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development or collaboration experience with development teams.
• Exposure to IT Controls, Risk, and Compliance is a plus.
